Methi Papad Vegetable
Ingredients
- 100 grams methi leaves
- 2 table spoons oil
- ½ tea spoon turmeric powder
- 3 table spoons jaggery
- 3 to 4 papads
- 1 tea spoon dhana jeera powder
- 1 tea spoon garam masala
- ½ lime
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Chop the methi leaves. Soak them in water for a few minutes. Then boil the methi leaves for few minutes.
- Heat a little oil in a vessel. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and boiled methi. Add water.
- The water in which the methi leaves were boiled may also be added. When the water starts boiling, add the papad pieces. Add dhana jeera powder, garam masala, lime juice of amchur powder and remove it from the flame.
