Lasaniya Ravaiya
Ingredients
- 125 grams ravaiya (black and small)
- 1 table spoon garam masala
- 1 tea spoon red chilli powder
- ¼ tea spoon turmeric
- 1 table spoon dhana jeera powder
- 1 tea spoon coconut (grated)
- ½ table spoon ground nut crushed
- 4 table spoon oil
- ½ tea spoon mustard seeds
- ½ tea spoon Jeera seeds
- 10 - 15 cloves garlic or 50 grams green garlic
- 2 table spoons Coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Crush the garlic. Add coriander leaves, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, coconut, ground nut and dhana jeera powder. Mix it well.
- Wash the brinjals and cut the stalk. Cut it both side and apposite direction.
- You can cut the same side from the top. Do not separate the pieces.
- Fill the mixture in the ravaiya.
- Heat enough oil in a kadhai. Add mustard seeds, jeera seeds and hing. Add a little water. When the water starts boiling add
- Ravaiya. Cook it on a low flame. When raviya become cooked,
- Remove from flame. If you like spicy vegetables you can add some ginger- green chilli paste before add water.
- Serve with bajara leaf. With Hot wheat roti
