Corn-Palak Nu Shak
Ingredients For Corn-Palak Nu Shak
- 150 grams corn seeds (boiled)
- 150 grams peas (boiled)
- 1 kg palak (spinach)
- 1 small piece of ginger
- 4 green chilli
- 3 table spoon oil
- ½ tea spoon jeera
- 1 table spoon crushed garlic
- ¼ tea spoon red chilli powder
- 2 table spoon cream
- Salt to taste
Ingredients For Decoration
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 green chilli
- 2 table spoon cream
- 4 table spoon finely chopped coriander leaves
Instructions
- Mix corn and peas.
- Cut the spinach and make it paste form.
- Cut the ginger.
- Cut the chilli length wise. Remove seeds
- Heat the oil in a vessel. Add jeera, garlic. Add turmeric and ginger.
- When it roasted, add spinach paste. Stir it well.
- When oil becomes separates, add corn seeds and peas. Add red chili powder, cream and salt. Stir well. Remove in a bowl.
- Decorate with tomato Green chilli cut in length wise. Spread cream and coriander leaves.
