Tomato Soup
Ingredients For Tomato Soup
- 700 grams tomatoes
- 2 table spoons butter
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 potato
- ½ tea spoon cinnamon powder, a few cloves cardamom And pepper powder
- 3 tea spoons sugar
- 1 tea spoon red chilli powder
- 2 table spoons grated cheese
- Fried small bread crumbs
- ½ cup cream
IngredientsFor The White Sauce
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tea spoon corn flour
- 1 tea spoon butter
- ½ tea spoon pepper powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Dissolve the corn flour in cold milk. Mix 1 tea spoon butter, salt and pepper powder to the milk corn flour mixture. Heat the mixture with constant stirring until it thickens.
- Heat a little butter and add the onions and garlic to it. Fry for a few minutes. Add the tomato and potato pieces.
- Add 2 cups of water and cook in the pressure cooker for 2 whistles. Cool and pass the mixture through a sieve. Add all the masalas and boil the mixture for a few minutes.
- Add the prepared white sauce. Remove it from the flame.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Serve hot with bread crumbs and little cream on top.
