Paneer Vegetable Sticks
Ingredients
- ½ piece of paneer
- Ghee for frying the paneer
- A little pepper powder
- Tomatoes (small slices)
- Onions (small slices)
- Few coriander leaves
- Few green chillies cut into round pieces
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Deep fry the paneer pieces in ghee until golden brown. Sprinkle salt and paneer. Arrange the tomato slices in a flat dish.
- Place an onion slices over it. Place the paneer cube on it. Garnish with green chillies and coriander leaves. Fix a toothpick on it.
