Veg.noodles Cutlet

Ingredients

  • ½ cup boiled and finely chopped carrot
  • French beans boiled
  • ¼ cup green peas (boiled and mashed)
  • ¼ boiled potatoes (mashed)
  • ¼ tea spoon finely chopped chili
  • ¼ cup finely chopped spring onion
  • ¼ cup finely chopped coriander leaves
  • ½ tea spoon chat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
  • 1 packet maggi noodles.

Instructions

  • Boil magi noodles in a vessel.
  • Don’t add taste maker.
  • When it boiled, strain with sieve.
  • Take all boiled vegetables in a vessel.
  • Add noodles in the vegetables.
  • Mix all masala well.
  • Make ball from the mixture.
  • Take a ball and press it like pattice or give shape like cutlet. All balls make same method. Put all cutlet on nonstick tava. Put oil around cutlet. Roast is till it becomes brown. Serve it with chutney and tomato ketchup.
