Spinach Pattice
Ingredients
- Spinach- 250 grams
- Mint leaves- 5
- Coriander leaves- 1 bowl sss
- Green chilli-ginger paste- 2 tea spoon
- Lemon juice-1 tea spoon
- Garam masala-1 tea spoon
- Dry fruites – 2 tea spoon
- Bread crumbs- 1 bowl
- Sesame seeds- 2 tea spoons s
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Wash and crush spinach. Chop the mint leaves (finely).
- Heat the oil in a pan and roaste spinach after some time add ginger-chilli paste, garam masala,salt,dryfruites, breadcrumbs, lemon juice. Mix it.
- Put aside for cold.
- Give the shape of pattice and roll in sesame seeds and cello fry them.
- Serve with chutney and rayta.
