Spinach Chana Dal Tikki
Ingredients
- 1 cup chana dal
- 200 grams spinach
- 1 to 7 green chillies
- A small pieces of ginger
- 8 to 10 cloves garlic
- Oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Soak chana for 4 hours. Grind it.
- Chop spinach finely, Wash and add to chana dal. Mix all other ingredients.
- Shape like tikkiya . Fry them.
Further Details
Variation: To make dahiwadas add curd, over it.
Makes to 12 to 15 Tikkis
