Rice Roll
Ingredients
- 2 cup rice (boiled)
- ½ tea spoon jeera
- 1 table spoon oil
- ½ tea spoon salt
- 1 potato (boiled and mashed)
- ½ tea spoon amchur powder
- ½ tea spoon red chilli powder
- 1 tea spoon sugar
- 2 table spoon coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat oil and roast jeera (cumin seeds)
- Add rice and mash the rice well.
- Add all ingredients in potatoes.
- Now take some rice in hand and put some mixture of potatoes.
- Make shape as your choice.
- Fry it in hot oil.
- Serve with green chutney or ketchup.
