Potato Carrot Sandwich
Ingredients
- Bread slice-10 pieces
- Boiled potatoes-2
- Carrot (grated)-1 bowl
- Ginger-greeen chilli (crushed)- 1 tea spoon
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped)-1 table spoon
- Garam masala- 1 tea spoon
- Butter- 1 table spoon
- Catchup-1 bowl
- Coriander chutney- 1 bowl
- Salt, sugar, lemon juice, oil, ghee- as per required
Instructions
- Mash potatoes and add grated carrote. Mix it well.
- Add ginger-green chilli paste,coriander leaves, garam masala,salt, sugar, lemon juice.
- Make filling. Take a slice of bread and spread butter and coriander leaver cutney.
- Put other slice of bread.
- Put ghee or oil around sandwich and roast it.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
