Pea Paneer With Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 200 grams peas
  • 200 grams paneer
  • 2 tea spoons ginger- chilli paste
  • 1 tea spoon garam masala
  • 1 tea spoon sesame seeds
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tea spoons sugar
  • Oil
  • table spoons coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 250 grams maida
  • Coriander chutney
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Crush peasand prepare masala such as kachori.
  • Add grated paneer.
  • Mix well. Mix maida, salt and little oil. Knead the dough like puri. Divide the dough into small portions. Roll each portion like puri.
  • Stuff the paneer stuffing and roll like chocolates.
  • Fry in hot oil. Serve hot with coriander chutney.
