Makes 20 to 25 pattice
Pattice
Ingredients
- 250 grams potatoes
- 200 grams peas
- 2 tea spoons chilli paste
- Coriander leaves chopped finely
- 2 tea spoons ginger paste
- 1 tea spoon garam masala 1 tea spoon citric acid
- 1 tea spoon sugar
- Rice flour
- Oil
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil, peel and grate potatoes.
- Add all ingredients except rice flour. Shape like pattice. Roll in rice flour.
- Fry the pattice. If you are going to serve pattice with ragada. Then roast on a griddle till brown on both the sides by adding oil.
