Paneer Mutter Kachori
Ingredients
- 250 grams paneer(grated)
- 200 grams green peas
- 1 table spoon ginger (chopped)
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 2 ½ cup maida
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder
- A pinch Baking powder
- 2 ½ table spoon ghee
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Take oil in a vessel and roast onion slices till it becomes light brown.
- Add green peas, ½ tea spoon salt and chilli powder. Mix it and add little water.
- Add paneer grated and mix it. When absorb all water add ginger and chilli. Remove from flame.
- Add baking powder and salt in maida and sieve the mix. Add ghee. Knead the soft dough with harm water. Roll out a puri and put a little mixture on puri. Make a ball and roll it.
- Make all kachori. Fry all kachori in hot oil. Serve with amchur chutney.
