Pan Cake Of Mung Dal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mung dal (soaked)
  • ¼ tea spoon Baking powder
  • ¼ tea spoon turmeric
  • Oil
  • Tomato sauce
  • 1 capsicum (ring)
  • 1 tomato (pieces)
  • 1 onion (slice)
  • 4-5 Green chilli

Instructions

  • Drain the water and to paste the dal. Take it in the bowl and add salt, baking powder and turmeric.mix it.
  • Take capsicum, onion, tomato, and green chilli in other bowl.
  • Heat the non-stick pan and spread the batter thick. Put oil around the cake. Spread mixture of tomato, capsicum. Cook 1 minute and turn it. Cook till it becomes light brown.
  • Serve with tomato sauce.
