Nutrisious grilled sandwich
Ingredients
- 8 slice Bread
- 2 Boiled potatoes
- 4 table spoon Sprouted mung
- 4 table spoon Carrot grated
- 2 table spoon Mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boiled and mash the potatoes.
- Add sprouted mung, carrot and salt.
- Spread this mixture on the bread slice and spread mayonnaise on other slice. Put it on the mixture slice.
- Put sandwich in the griller and grill it till than it becomes brown.
- Sandwich is ready
- Serve with mint chutney or sauce or tea
