Kurkuri Tikki
Ingredients
- potatoes (boiled, peeled and grated)
- banana (grated)
- 1 tea spoon red chilli powder
- ½ tea spoon turmeric powder
- 1 tea spoon garam masala
- 1 lime
- tea spoons sugar
- 1 cup soaked sago
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix potatoes, Banana and all masalas.
- Spread a few sago on a greased thali.
- Put a portion mixture on it. Spread and shape like tikkiya . Sago will stick to it.
- Fry them. Serve hot with mint and coriander chutney.

For fasting dish instead of turmeric powder and garam masala, add cinnamon - cloves powder.
