Hara Bhara Kabab
Ingredients
- 1 Banana (raw) boiled with skin
- Ginger – chilli paste
- Garam masala 1 tea spoon
- Chat masala 1 tea spoon
- Mint leaves 10 - 12 leaves
- Spinach 1 cup
- Bread crumbs 1 cup (4 tea spoons)
- Corn flour (4 tea spoons)
- Oil
- Salt to taste
- 50 grams paneer
Instructions
- Take banana’s pulp and add ginger- chilli paste, spinach gravy, coriander leaves, coriander leaves, mint leaves, garam masala, salt, bread crumbs. Make kababs. Roll in corn flour. And fry it (deep fry) in oil.
- When it becomes light brown put out from oil. Decorate each kabab with grated paneer when serve.
- Serve with sauce.
