Green Peas Pan Cake
Ingredients
- Rice flour 2 to 3 table spoons
- Gram flour 1 table spoon
- A pinch turmeric
- 2 green chilli cut in small pieces or crushed
- Green Peas (1 ¼ cup)
- Grated carrot 2 to 3 table spoons
- Tomato 1
- Paneer grated
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Take 1¼ cup peas (crushed) in a bowl, add rice flour, gram flour, turmeric powder, salt, green chilli.
- Add water and make batter.
- Spread small pan cake from batter on non stick pan.
- Put little oil around pan cake. Sprinkle tomato, paneer, grated carrot, capsicum. When one side is properly roasted turn it upside down and roast the other side.
- Make small pan cake.
