Ingredients

  • 1 cup maida (plain flour)
  • 2 table spoon wheat flour
  • Oil
  • ½ cup mung
  • 1 cucumber (chopped finely)
  • 2 tomatoes ½ pomegranate
  • 50 grams bundi
  • 50 grams sev (fine)
  • onion (finely chopped)
  • Sweet chutney
  • Garlic chutney
  • Coriander leaves chutney
  • Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • Chat masala
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Mix wheat flour, maida, salt and oil. knead the dough like that
  • Kneaded for puri. Make big puri.
  • Prepare mung as recipe green mung
  • Fill all the ingredients in the puris. Add all chutneys and lastly chat masala. Decorate with chopped coriander leaves.
