French Beans Roll
Ingredients
- ½ Cup sage
- 300 grams potatoes
- 2 tea spoons arrow-root flour
- ¼ tea spoon white chilli powder
- 100 grams green peas
- 200 grams fresh beans
- Oil
- 1 tea spoon green chillies
- 2 table spoons coriander leaves
- 1 tea spoon garam masala
- 1 lime
- 2 tea spoons sugar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Soak the sago in water and strain. Boil, peel and grate the potatoes. Add arrow-root flour, salt and white chilli powder to the potatoes.
- Crush the peas and French beans. Heat a little oil in a fry pan and sauté the peas and beans (crushed) for some time. Add all the masalas. Cool.
- Make a medium sized ball from the potato stuffing. On a greased thali place 1 spoon full of sago (shape like a puri)
- Shape the potato stuffing like a puri. Place it on the sago. Spread the fresh beans stuffing on it.
- Slowly roll it.
- Close the edges by pressing the potato stuffing. Fry in hot oil. Make such rolls with the remaining stuffing. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
