Ingredients
- 4 - 5 thin wheat roti
- ½ cup grated paneer
- 2 boiled potatoes
- ½ cup boiled sweet corn
- ¼ cup finely chopped onion
- ½ tea spoon crushed garlic
- ½ tea spoon ginger-chilli paste
- ½ cup finely chopped capsicum
- ½ tea spoon black salt powder
- ¼ tea spoon amchur powder
- 2 tea spoon oil
- 2 tea spoon ketchup
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadhai and roast onion in it till 2 minute.
- Add capsicum. After that add corn, potato, paneer, black salt, ginger-chilli paste, garlic, amchur powder, coriander leaves, salt.
- Stir it. Make balls similar.
- Heat the griddle. Spread the butter and ketchup on roti. Put one roll in roti and make roll. Put the roti roll in griddle.
- After than cut it in same pieces.
- Serve with ketchup and chutney.
