Dal Rice Tikki
Ingredients
- Whole wheat Brown bread 2 slices
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tea spoon
- Garam masala 1 tea spoon
- Black pepper ½ tea spoon
- Lemon juice ½ tea spoon
- Masoor dal 50 grams Boiled
- Rice 50 grams Boiled
Instructions
- Take masoor dal in a bowl. Add rice, bread, ginger-chilli paste black pepper, garam masala, lemon juice. Mix and mash it when it becomes like dough.
- Make ball and press it like tikki.
- Shallow fry it. Serve with tomato sauce.
