Dahivada
Vegetable Dahivada is one of the change that you can have in dahivada, it can be nice new test if you are looking for a different kind of dahivadas.
Ingredients
- 100 grams French beans
- 100 grams chawli
- 200 grams carrots
- 300 grams potatoes
- 1 tea spoon ginger- chilli paste
- 3 table spoons coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- 1 tea spoon cloves, cinnamon powder
- 3 tea spoons sugar
- A few cashewnuts
- 1 tea spoon garam masala
- 200 grams chana flour
- ΒΌ tea spoon turmeric powder
- Oil for frying
- 1 litre curd , sweet chutney
- Chilli powder
- 1 tea spoon sesame seeds
- Salt as per your taste
Instructions
- First of all Cut all vegetables and steam vegetables. When cool add all the masalas and make balls.
- Make a batter of chana flour, salt and turmeric powder like batatawada. Add salt.
- Dip the balls in the batter and fry them in hot oil . Top the wadas with curd, sweet chutney, salt and red chilli powder.
- Instead of chana flour one can use maida too .
