Corn Rawa Tikki
Ingredients
- 1 American corn
- Ghee
- Ginger-chilli-coriander leaves paste
- A pinch Soda
- Red chilli 1 tea spoon
- Curd 1 table spoon
- Rawa roasted 75 grams.
- Cashew nuts (crushed)
- Sugar 1 tea spoon
Instructions
- Boil the corn and crush it. Add rawa (granular flour of wheat), ginger- chilli paste, soda, asafoetida, sugar, red chilli powder and curd. Add cashew nuts powder.
- Make thick batter like pattice. It must be thick. Make tikki.
- Take ghee in tawa. And cello fry it till it becomes light brown.
- You cannot deep fry.
- Serve with sauce.
