Corn-Cheese In Takose
Ingredients
- ¾ cup yellow corn flour
- ½ cup maida
- A pinch Oregano
- Oil
- Salt to taste
Ingredients For Stuffing
- 2 tea spoon oil
- 1 onion cut in small pieces
- 2 tea spoons capsicum
- Corn seeds (boiled)
- Paneer 50 gram
- Red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
Ingredients For Green Chutney
- Tomato 1
- (Green tomato)
- 2 tea spoons green chilli (pieces)
- Green capsicum cut in small pieces 2 tea spoon
- Green onion ½ cups
- Coriander leaves ½ cup
- Grind it.
Ingredients Red Chutney
- Tomato sauce ¼ cup
- Chilli sauce 1 table spoons Mix it
Instructions
- Take 2 tea spoons oil in a griddle. Add onion roast it. Now add capsicum. When capsicum becomes soft add corn. Now add paneer (grated), salt, tomato, red chili powder, 1 – ½ tea spoons red sauce. Cook for 1-2 minute.
Instructions For Tacos
- Take corn flour and maida. Add pinch oregano, salt. Knead dough with warm water. Put aside for ½ hour.
- Take little dough and make a ball. Roll out thin roti with soft hand. Prick it with fork. Half roast the roti in non stick tawa. Cut it with small circle like puri. Deep Fry in hot oil on both sides and then bend into a ‘U’ shape when hot. Puri doesn’t make very crispy.

How to serve: In the fold of each tacos, fill 1 -1 ½ tea spoons stuffing. Spread green chilli chutney, red chilli sauce, salad (latus leaves or cabbage (grated),grated onion and tomato with salt)
Sprinkle grated cheese on the top and serve it.
