Chutney
Ingredients
- 1 cup chana flour
- ½ cup cour curds
- ½ tea spoon red chilli powder
- ¼ tea spoon turmeric powder
- 1 tea spoon sugar
- 1 tea spoon oil ¼ tea spoon mustard seeds
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix chana flour and curds. Beat well so that lumps are not formed.
- Add water, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder. Boil the mixture with constant stirring. If the curds is nit sour than add a little amount of citric acid.
- When done remove it from the fire. Add the seasoning of oil. Chutney is ready.
