Chatpati Chat
Ingredients
- Mung – 100 gram
- Masoor – 100 gram
- Chana dal – 100 gram
- Kabuli chana - 100 gram
- Rajama – 50 gram
- Chat masala – 1 tea spoon
- Fresh curd – 1 bowl
- Amali chutney
- Salt – 1 tea spoon
- Chilli powder – ½ tea spoon
- Green chilli finely chopped – 2
- Coriander leaves – 1 table spoon
- Onion finely chopped – 1
- Lemon juice – 1
- Gram flour sev
Instructions
- Soak all seeds at night. Remove all water and add a pinch salt and boil it.
- Put it in a plate add lemon juice. Add curd,chat masala, salt, chilli powder,coriander leaves, green chilli and onion.
- Add amli chutney.
- You can use gram flour sev.
