Chatpata shakarpara
Ingredients
- 100 gram Maida
- 150 gram Soyabin flour
- 125 gram Ghee/butter
- 20 gram Powdered sugar
- 1 table spoon curd
- 2 table spoons Ginger,green chilli, curry patta, coriander leaves paste.
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Add powdered sugar in butter and stir it.
- When it becomes puffy, add salt,curd and green chilly paste.
- Sieve maida, soyabin flour and backing powder. Add flour into butter mix and knead dough.
- Make ball from dough and make big thick roti.
- Prick the roti with a fork.
- Cut it as your choice with biscuit cutter.
- Back it in pre-heated oven for 20-25 minute in greased tray.
- Ready to serve
