Canapes

Ingredients

  • 12 pieces canapés
  • 100 gram potatoes (boiled and grated)
  • 50 grams peas (boiled)
  • ½ tea spoon garam masala
  • 1 tea spoon sugar
  • ¼ tea spoon citric acid
  • 1 tea spoon ginger-chilli paste
  • 2 table spoons finely chopped coriander leaves
  • Coriander chutney
  • Tomato sauce
  • 25 grams sev
  • 25 grams fried chana dal
  • ½ pomegranate
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Fry canapés in hot oi.Mix potatoes, green peas and all masalas to make the stuffing, heat it and then cool it.
  • Fill 1 table spoon of stuffing in canapés. Add coriander chutney, sauce, sev, chana dal, pomegranate. Decorate with chopped coriander.

Variation

Various stuffing can be filled canapés like bhel, fruit bhel, cauliflower potato vegetable, rajama, corn, corn and rajama, potato poha, upma, grated cheese and paneer, samosa stuffing, fried bread pieces, golgappa, sev khamani.
