Cabbage-Potato Paratha
Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 2 bowl
- Gram flour - 2 bowl
- Cabbage (grated) – 1 bowl
- Mash (boiled) potato - 1 bowl
- Coriander leaves (finely chopped)- ½ bowl)
- Ginger-chilli paste - 1 tea spoon
- Garlic – 1 tea spoon (grushed)
- Red chilli powder
- Sugar - 1 tea spoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tea spoon
- Turmeric, dhana jeera (coriander seeds and cumin seeds powder)
- Salt
- Oil-as per require.
Instructions
- Add salt in cabbage and put aside.
- Take mash potato and add salt, turmeric, lemon juice, sugar, coriander leaves. Mix it well.
- Take wheat flour and gram flour. Add turmeric, salt, dana-jeera (coriander seeds and cumin seeds powder),red chilli powder ,sugar and oil. Mix it well.
- Add cabbage, ginger –chilli paste, crushed garlic, potatoes (mixture).
- Knead it like parotha. Take a ball from dough and roll it like parothas. Cello fry them.
- Serve with sweet curd.
