Bread Upama
Ingredients
- Boiled potatoes - 2
- Boiled peas(mutter) - 1 bowl
- Tomato - 2 (finely chopped)
- Onion - 2 finely chopped
- Bread slice - 6
- Ghee - 2 tea spoons
- Hing, black pepper, red chilli powder, turmeric
- Salt to taste
- For garnishing:
- Sev (fine), coriander leaves, tomato slice.
Instructions
- Heat ghee in a vessel.
- Add onion and roast it.
- Add tomato pieces and cook.
- Add boiled peas and potatoes.
- Add turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, Salt to taste.
- Add bread pieces and put lid on the vessel and cook for few minutes.
- When it becomes ready, remove in the plate and garnish with sev and coriander leaves. Put tomato slice around upma.
