Pumpkin raita

Ingredients For Pumpkin raita

  1. 50 ml curds
  2. A small piece of ginger
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Few green chillies
  5. 1 tea spoon cumin seeds (powdered)
  6. 2 tea spoons sugar
  7. 250 grams pumpkin

Method For Pumpkin raita

Peel, boil and mash the pumpkin. Strain the curds through a muslin cloth. Mix pumpkin and other ingredients. Garnish with finely chopped coriander.
