Chikoo Ice cream

Ingredients

  • 500 grams full cream milk
  • 1 table spoon. cornflour
  • 4 table spoon sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla essence
  • 4 chikoos
  • Instructions

    • Boil the milk for 15 minutes on low flame, stirring occasionally.
    • Add sugar to milk, stir. Dissolve the cornflour in a little cold milk.add it to the milk, stirring continuously, till boil resumes.
    • Boil further for few minues. Remove from flame and cool it. Add the essence and crushed chikoos.
    • Churn the mixture in the mixer and pour it in the ice cream containers and freeze it till it set .
    • When it is fully set, chrun it again and set freeze again until it is firm.
    • Take double of the quantity for 8 to 9 persons.
