Staple foods are common but differ mostly in the spiciness in four state of south india. Generally south Indian dishes are spicy.
In the kerala banana and coconut are generally use in their food. Banana and jackfruit chips are famous snack of kerala.
Andhrapradesh cuisine are very spicy which is consists with black pepper and chilli. Kabab and biriyani are hot favorite dishes of Andhra. Pickle, papad and chutney are gives traditional look in south Indian meal.
Tamil nadu’s yummy cuisines are Idlis, Uttappam, Dosas, Rassam, Sambhar which are so famous in the world.
The rice based varieties are made in Karnataka like red grain rice, sannas, rice rotis and pancakes made of rice. Karnataka is famous for its desert like paysum, balushahi dharwad pedas, kesaribhat and chiroti.
Foods are served on a cleaned banana leaf as a hygienic, visually interesting and environmentally friendly. When finish the meal people fold the leaf it’s a good habit.
