Phulka
Ingredients For Phulka
- 1 cup wheat flour
- ½ tea spoon oil
- Rice flour for ataman
- Ghee
- Salt to taste
Method For Phulka
Add salt in wheat flour, add some water and knead soft dough.
Press the dough with your fingers.
Add some water in dough.
Close and put aside for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, add some oil and knead well the

Ingredients
- 2 cup Wheat flour
- 3 table spoon Rawa
- 4 table spoon Soyabin flour
- 1 cup Spinach
- 4 table spoon Curd
- 1 tea spoon Ajwain
- A pinch Hing
- Salt to taste
For stuffing
- 2 cup Paneer grated
- Coriander leaves
- 1 tea spoon Black pepper powder
- Salt to taste

Bajra roti
Ingredients For Bajara roti
- 1 cup bajara flour
- Ghee
- Salt
Method For Bajara roti
Take bajara flour in a plate (kathrot) and add salt.
Take little water and knead dough. Knead it well.
Make a ball and roll it with hand on the rolling pad.
Put an earthen round baking plate. Heat it.
Spread water with hand.
When it slight roast, turn it.
