Kadhai Paneer is a punjabi recipe and very spicy. It is very popular in north and west India.

Materials For Veg. kabab with gravy
- Kabuli gram
- 1 bowl
- Ginger chilli paste
- Salt to taste
- Cabbage

Paneer Bhurjee
[Serves 4 to 5]
Ingredients and method For Paneer Bhurjee 1) Boil milk. Add lime juice to the boiling milk slowly. For 1 litre of milk add juice of 1 lime. 2) Stir slowly. When the milk curdles.
