  3. 150 gram sugar
  4. 1 tea spoon salt

Ingredients For Mango sour pickle
  1. 500 grams Mango
  2. 2 table spoon Red chilli
  3. Salt to taste

Ingredients For Mango Kashmiri pickle
  1. 500 gram raw mango pulp
  2. 100 gram kashmiri red chilli powder
  3. 50 gram Mustard powder
  4. 100 ml Oil
  5. Hing to taste
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Pinch turmeric
Method For Mango Kashmiri pickle Boil mango pulp in a potali. Heat the oil. Add hing. Add mustard powder. Pass pulp to sieve.
