Date pickle
Ingredients For Date pickle
- 500 gram dates.
- 500 gram lemon
- 150 gram sugar
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 1 tea spoon black salt
- 1/2 cup garlic paste
- 1/2 cup gigner paste
- 1 tea spoon garam masala half crush
- 1 tea spoon red chilli powder to taste
- A pinch hing
- 5-6 half crush pipari

Mango-ginger-garlic pickle
ingredients For Mango-ginger-garlic pickle
- 250 gram ginger
- 250 gram Garlic clove
- 250 gram mango (grate)
- 25 gram Mustard seeds dal
- 25 gram methi dal
- Red chilli powder
- A pinch hing
- Salt to taste
- 500 gram oil
Method For Mango-ginger-garlic pickle
Wash and cut ginger.

Mango sour pickle
Ingredients For Mango sour pickle
- 500 grams Mango
- 2 table spoon Red chilli
- Salt to taste
- 10 gram Mustard seeds dal
- 10 gram fenugreek dal
- 1 cup oil
Method For Mango sour pickle
Wash, peel and cut mangoes. Grate one mango.
Mix mustard seeds dal, fenugreek dal and salt. Heat the oil. When it becomes cool mix it
