- 1 cup grated cabbage
- 2 capsicums

- 2 tea spoons ginger-green chilli paste
- 2 table spoons coriander leaves
- 2 tea spoon chopped mint
- 1 tea spoon corn flour
- 2 table spoon tomato sauce
- 2 cup maida
- ¼ tea spoon soda bi carbonate

Ingredients For Chinese paratha
- 1 cup maida
- ½ cup wheat flour
- Oil
- Salt to taste
For stuffing
- 1 table spoon oil
- 5 french beans
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 cup cabbage cut in lengthwise
- ½ cup grated carrot
- 1 capsicum cut in lengthwise
- ½ cup sprouted mung

Ingredients For Palak paratha- 2 cup palak (spinach) [Round about 250 grams]
- 500 gram potato
- 1 lemon
- 2 tea spoon coriander leaves
- 2 tea spoon ginger- garlic- green chilli paste
- 1 tea spoon sugar
- ½ tea spoon jeera
- ¼ tea spoon kali mirch powder
- ¼ tea spoon mu
