Ingredients For betel leaves
  1. 12 Fresh Betel Leaves
  2. 1 cup Gulkand (Rose petals in sugar syrup)
  3. 1/2 Cup  Fennel Seeds
  4. 1/2 Cup Dhana dal
  5. 1/4 Cup Shredded Dry Coconut
  6. 2 Tbsp Sugar coated fennel seeds
  7. 2 Tbsp Pumpkin seeds
  8. 1 tsp Cardamon seeds

Ingredients For Sweet amla
  1. 1 kg amala
  2. 900 gram sugar

Adrakhwati

Ingredients For Adrakhvati
  1. 500 grams fresh ginger
  2. 1 ½ table spoons lime juice
  3. ¼ tea spoon dry ginger powder
  4. A pinch salt
Method For Adrakhvati Wash and peel the ginger well. Slice the ginger into thin slices. Add lime juice, a pinch of salt and dry ginger powder to it. Mix well. Dry them in the sunlight.
