- 250 grams roasted coriander seeds dal
- 250 grams fennel seeds
- 100 grams sesame seeds
- 50 grams magatari seeds
- 1 tea spoon lovely hiramoti masala

Salted Aamla
Ingredients For Salted Aamla
- 1 kg aamla
- 4-tbsp turmeric powder
- 4-cup water
- 4-tbsp salt
Method For Salted ambla
Cut aamla into long pieces.
Take clean glass jar and add water, salt, turmeric powder and cut aamla pieces.
Close the lid of the jar and shake the bottle gently.

Sweet Amala
Ingredients For Sweet amla
- 1 kg amala
- 900 gram sugar
- Glucose
Method For sweet amla
Wash the amala and cook them in pressure cooker for 1 whistle or for somt time without the whistle.
Remove the seeds and add sugar to it and mix well. (sugar syrup can be also prepared remover the scum from it.)
Mix well every day. 2 to 3 times a day.
