Fried bhindi potato
Ingredients For Fried bhindi potato
- Bhidi 500 grams
- Oil to necessity
- Lemon juice 1 ½ tea spoon
- Chat masala 2 table spoon
Method For Fried bhindi potato
Remove skin and cut potatoes in long strips.
Cut bhindi in long strips.
Heat the oil in a vessel.
Fry the potato in oil.
Fry the bhindi also.
Now mix bhindi and potatoes.

Ingredients For Lasaniya ravaiya
- 125 grams ravaiya (black and small)
- 1 table spoon garam masala
- 1 tea spoon red chilli powder
- ¼ tea spoon turmeric
- 1 table spoon dhana jeera powder
- 1 tea spoon coconut (grated)
- ½ table spoon ground nut crushed
- 4 table spoon oil
- ½ tea spoon mustard seeds

- 250 gram small brinjals (small ravaiya)
- 1 tea spoon red chilli powder
- 1 table spoon jaggery
- 1 tea spoon lemon juice
- 2 table spoon garam masala
- 2 table spoon coconut desiccated
- 2 table spoon groundnut crushed
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 4 table spoon oil
