Raw Mango Curry

Ingredients For Raw Mango Curry
  1. 1 large raw mango, peel and cut into small pieces
  2. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  3. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  4. pinch of hing
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1 and 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  8. 1 table spoon jaggery
  9. 2 tea spoon coriander leaves, chopped finely

Ingredients For Stuffed mirchi
  1. 10-12 Long Green Chilli (not hot)
  2. 2 cup gram flour (besan)
  3. 1/2tea spoon turmeric powder
