Soya dhosa

Ingredients For soya dhosa 250 gram Soyabin dal 50 gram Rice 2-3 Tomato 2 Onion (finely chopped) Salt to taste ½ teaspoon Garam masala 2 table spoons Coriander leaves 3-4 Green chilli Oil as require Method For soya dhosa Wash dal and rice. Soak it before 10-12 hour. Crush it next day. Add onion, tomato, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt and garam masala.

Ingredients For kalthi dahiwada

  2. ragi flour 3 to 4 spoons
  3. curd
  4. ginger grated 1 tea spoon

  1. Paneer 100 gram
  2. Bread crumbs ½ cup
  3. Carrot grated 1 cup
