Soya dhosa
Ingredients For soya dhosa 250 gram Soyabin dal 50 gram Rice 2-3 Tomato 2 Onion (finely chopped) Salt to taste ½ teaspoon Garam masala 2 table spoons Coriander leaves 3-4 Green chilli Oil as require Method For soya dhosa Wash dal and rice. Soak it before 10-12 hour. Crush it next day. Add onion, tomato, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt and garam masala.

Ingredients For kalthi dahiwada
- 1 bowl kalthi
- ragi flour 3 to 4 spoons
- curd
- ginger grated 1 tea spoon
- Khajur –amli chutney
- jeera powder
- black salt powder
- red chilli powder
- coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
Method For kalthi dahiwada
Soak kalthi for 7 to 8 hour. Crush

Wheat masala dhosa for (diabetic)
Ingredients For Wheat masala dhosa(diabetic)
- Wheat flour
- Gram dal ½ cup
- urad dal 1 cup
- wheat flour 2 tea spoon
- rice flour 1 tea spoon
For stuffing
- carrot cut in small pieces (boiled)
- peas
- mustard seeds
- cumin seeds
- oil
- paneer
- salt to taste

Karela tikki
Materials For Karela tikki
- Paneer 100 gram
- Bread crumbs ½ cup
- Carrot grated 1 cup
- Ginger- chilli paste 1 tea spoon
- Peas pulp (boiled and mashed) 100 grams
- karela (beater guard) 1-2
way to karela tikki
Take paneer in a bowl and add peas, carrot, ginger-chilli paste, salt, Bread crumbs. Mix it.
Peel and grate
