Colouring cheese noodles
Ingredients For Colouring noodles cheese
- 3 cup maida
- 4 table spoons refined oil
- 2 cup grated cheese
- ½ tea spoon salt
- 2-4 drops of diffrent colour
- Warm water for knead dough.
Method For Colouring noodles cheese
Add cheese and refined oil in maida and mix it well.
Divide in three part of maida.

Flower mathari
Ingredients For Flower mathari
- 1 ½ cup maida
- ¼ cup oil
- ¼ tea spoon black pepper
- 4-4 drops red, green and yellow colour
- 1 tea spoon salt
- ¼ tea spoon ajwain (crushed)
- Oil for frying
Method For Flower mathari
Take salt, baking powder, black pepper powder, ajwain and oil in maida.
