Corn Soup
Ingredients
- 4 fresh corncobs
- 4 cup water
- 1/2 table spoon corn flour
- 1/2 tea spoon ajino moto
- 1/2 table spoon butter
- 1/2 table spoon sakar
- 1/2 table spoon white vinegar
- 1 tea spoon black pepper powder
- Salt to sate
- Chili sauce,
- Soya sauce
- 6 green chilli cut in small pieces
- White vinegar
- Water
Instructions
- Grate corn. Boil it in pressure cooker with enough water.
- When it boils, crush and drain it.
- Mix corn flour in milk and add in soup.
- Heat the soup. Add butter. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from flame and add butter. Add salt, black pepper powder, ajinomoto, sugar and vinegar
- Serve with chilli sauce, soya sauce
