Garlic chutney
Ingredients For Garlic chutney
- 10-12 cloves garlic (paste)
- 2 tea spoons oil
- 2 tea spoons red chilli powder
- A small piece of jiggery
- 1 tea spoon cumin seeds powder
- Salt to taste
Method For Garlic chutney
Mix garlic paste, cumin seeds powder, salt, red chilli powder, oil and jaggery.

Chutney for bhel
Ingredients For Chutney bhel
- 250 grams dates
- 3 to 4 pieces dry mango
- 1 cup jaggery
- 2 lemons
- Salt to taste
Method For Chutney for bhel
Wash the dates and dry mango.
Add jaggery and 2 glasses of water to it. Cook in the pressure cookers. When it cools down, remove the seeds from the dates.
Blenderise the mixture into a fin

Ingredients For Khajur-amchur chutney
- 250 grams amchur powder ( Dried mango powder)
- 250 grams khajur
- 250 grams jaggery
- A little red chilli powder
- 1 tea spoon cumin seed powder (roasted)
- Salt to taste
