Sandwich chutney

Ingredients For Sandwich chutney
  1. 2 medium-size bunches fresh coriander leaves
  2. 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
  3. 12 green chilies according to your choice of hotness
  4. 1.5 tea spoon cumin seeds
  5. juice from 2 small lemons
  6. 2 tea spoon sugar
  7. Salt to taste

Ingredients For Garlic chutney
  1. 10-12 cloves garlic (paste)
  2. 2 tea spoons oil
  3. 2 tea spoons red chilli powder
  4. A small piece of jiggery

Chutney for bhel

Ingredients For Chutney bhel
  1. 250 grams dates
  2. 3 to 4 pieces dry mango
  3. 1 cup jaggery
  4. 2 lemons
  5. Salt to taste
