Chinese Paratha
Ingredients
- 1 cup maida
- ½ cup wheat flour
- Oil
- Salt to taste
Ingredients For Stuffing
- 1 table spoon oil
- 5 french beans
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 cup cabbage cut in lengthwise
- ½ cup grated carrot
- 1 capsicum cut in lengthwise
- ½ cup sprouted mung
- A pinch ajinomoto
- ½ tea spoon soya sauce
- 1 tea spoon chilli sauce
- ½ tea spoon black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Add wheat flour, salt and 1 table spoon oil in maida. Knead dough. Put aside it for ½ hour.
- Knead well and make balls.
- Heat the oil in a vessel, add French beans and green onion. Roast it for 2 minutes.
- Stir it with fast gas.
- Add other vegetables, sprouted mung and ajinomoto.
- Add salt, soya sauce, chilli sauce and black pepper powder. Stir it and remove from flame. Put aside for cold.
- Take two balls and roll them. Take one roti. Spread the stuffing and put the other roti. Press edge.
- Cello fry it with oil.
- Make all the paratha from this method.
- Cut in the four pieces.
