Cabbage Cauliflower Soup
Ingredients
- 50 grams spinach bhaji
- 2 onion
- 50 gram tandalja bhaji
- 100 gram French beans
- 50 grams cauliflower
- 50 gram carrot
- 2 big tomatoes
- 100 gram greed peas
- 1 cup milk
- 1 bunch coriander leaves
- 1 table spoon butter
- 2 tea spoon maida
- Black pepper powder
- 1 tea spoon cream
Instructions
- Cut all vegetables in small pieces.
- Boil all vegetable.
- Put aside some French beans pieces, carrot pieces and peas.
- Mash all vegetables. Drain it.
- Heat butter in a vessel. Add maida. Roaste it till it becomes pink.
- Add milk and cook 2-3 minutes.
- Add vegetables water slowly.
- When it becomes thick add salt and black pepper powder. Add boiled peas, French beans and carrot pieces
- Add cream when serve.
