Banana- Coconut Halwa
[Serves 6 to 7]
Ingredients
- 5 to 6 bananas
- ¼ cup ghee
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup grated coconut
- ½ cup tea spoon cardamom powder
- Few kaju and raisins
Instructions
- Heat 2 table spoon of ghee in a fry pan and roast the grated bananas in it with constant stirring, to avoid it from sticking to the pan and burning.
- When colour changes add a desired amount of sugar and coconut. When mixed properly, add the remaining amount of ghee, cardamom powder and nuts.
- When ghee the separates remove from fire. It can be served as pieces. It tastes well, hot or cold.
