Ingredients For Dates halwa
- Dry dates 50 grams
- Dates 50 grams
- Mawa 50 grams
- 40 grams sugar (4 table spoon)
Method For Dates halwa
Soak kharek for 10 to 12 hour in water. Crush it. Crush the dates.
Roast mawa in ghee. Remove from flame in a dish. Roast the pulp of kharek in ghee. Add some kharek pieces also.
(Other side make sugar syrup. Take sugar and enough water. It should be 1½ thread sugar syrup).
Add dry grapes, cashew pieces, mawa, cardamom powder,sugar syrup.
