Chinese paratha

Ingredients For Chinese paratha

  1. 1 cup maida
  2. ½ cup wheat flour
  3. Oil
  4. Salt to taste

For stuffing

  1. 1 table spoon oil
  2. 5 french beans
  3. 1 onion finely chopped
  4. 1 cup cabbage cut in lengthwise
  5. ½ cup grated carrot
  6. 1 capsicum cut in lengthwise
  7. ½ cup sprouted mung
  8. A pinch ajinomoto
  9. ½ tea spoon soya sauce
  10. 1 tea spoon chilli sauce
  11. ½ tea spoon black pepper powder
  12. Salt to taste

Method For Chinese paratha

Add wheat flour, salt and 1 table spoon oil in maida. Knead dough. Put aside it for ½ hour.

Knead well and make balls.

Heat the oil in a vessel, add French beans and green onion. Roast it for 2 minutes.

Stir it with fast gas.

Add other vegetables, sprouted mung and ajinomoto.

Add salt, soya sauce, chilli sauce and black pepper powder. Stir it and remove from flame. Put aside for cold.

Take two balls and roll them. Take one roti. Spread the stuffing and put the other roti. Press edge.

Cello fry it with oil.

Make all the paratha from this method.

Cut in the four pieces.
